Flooring Products – Auto Custom Carpets (ACC) manufactures all our flooring products which include replacement auto carpet, replacement vinyl flooring, automotive floor mats, trunk mats and sound deadening. Weatherstripping and Glass Products – Precision Replacement Parts (PRP) supplies all our weatherstripping and glass products. PRP has been producing weatherstripping and glass products for over 30 years and has the highest quality standards in the industry. Headliner/Sunvisor/Sail Panel Products/Seat Upholstery/Door Panels/Landau Tops - Acme Auto manufacturers these product lines and have been in the business for over 70 years. All headliners ship directly to the customer from Long Beach, CA. As a top preferred dealer of Acme, OC Auto Carpets offers all of their products at 40% off retail price.
NOTE: We strongly recommend all Convertible Tops, Landau Tops and Bow Style Headliners be installed only by an automotive upholstery
professional because they have the required experience and tools.

Flooring Products - Every item is made to order and most orders take approximately 3-7 business days to manufacture.
Weatherstrip and Glass Products – Most of our products are in stock with our manufacturer and ship within 1 - 5 business days. However, sometimes they do go out of stock. Feel free to contact our Customer Service Department at 855-622-8862 to double-check availability prior to ordering.

Automotive flooring products take 1 - 3 business days to produce and then it is shipped out. Depending on where the order is being shipped will determine the freight time to receiving your product. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping charges are dependent on the weight, dimensional size of the box, and quantity of items ordered. Shipping charges can be estimated by selecting items online and then view your shopping cart. From there, enter your ship-to zip code and the charges for all shipping methods will be displayed.
HOW WIDE IS THE AUTO CARPET YARDAGE MATERIALS?
Cutpile, 80/20 Loop, Nylon Loop, Vinyl, Tuxedo and Essex materials are 78" wide. Daytona is 54" wide.
CAN I BUY EXTRA MATERIAL BY THE YARD?
Yes, you can. If you don’t see the material you are interested in under our Yardage category. Please contact us directly at 855-622-8862 to assist you over the phone.
DOES THE CARPET KIT COME WITH CUT OUTS OR IS CUTTING AND TRIMMING REQUIRED?
In the aftermarket industry, most molded carpets do not have any cut-outs. All cuts, holes, and trimming are left up to the installer to ensure a perfect fit. Please view our installation videos at https://www.ocautocarpets.com/tutorials/ for a complete tutorial. Most of our cut and sewn carpets do not require any cutting or trimming.
HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO INSTALL A MOLDED CARPET KIT? ARE THEIR INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS?
We have first-timers and amateurs installing our carpet kits every day with no problem. Just remember to center the carpet properly on the transmission tunnel and seat risers before you begin, and then work from the center outwards. DO THE CARPET KITS COME WITH PADDING?
Our process for padding varies from product to product depending on the year, make, and model of the vehicle. Padding information is provided in the product details for each individual product. When padding is included typically it will only be at the footwells of the vehicle.
HOW THICK IS THE PADDING?
Approximately 1/4" thick / 20oz.
WHAT IS POLY OR LATEX BACKING?
Poly back is a lightweight polyethylene adding moldability. Latex is a soft ethylene compound that adds body and flexibility to the carpet.
WHAT IS MASS BACKING?
Mass Backing is made out of ethylene-vinyl acetate. It is adhered to the bottom of the carpet and adds moldability, sound deadening, and insulation. Not only does it help block out road and engine noise, provides heat insulation but it does give your carpet an upgraded plusher look and feel. It comes highly recommended.
WHAT ARE DIMENSIONS FOR THE UNIVERSAL FLOOR MATS?
Fronts: 16 7/8" across the top x 26 1/8" in length, bottom 17" wide. Rear: 15 7/8" x 13 1/2". These can be ordered by calling us at 855-622-8862.
WHAT IS ESSEX AND HOW IS IT DIFFERENT THAN STANDARD CUTPILE?
This carpet is an upgrade to our standard Cut Pile. It gives your interior a plush, luxurious interior. Essex can be specified for just about any model vehicle. It is made from 100% nylon cut pile carpet manufactured with over 40% more nylon fiber than our standard Cut Pile. It is dyed using the finest dyes available and tested for ozone humidity fading & light fastness. It comes in 78" widths and is polyethylene backed. All Essex products are considered custom and non-returnable with our manufacturer.
MAY I ORDER AN UNORIGINAL MATERIAL FOR MY VEHICLE?
Yes, in most cases you can. If you do not see the material you are interested in ordering for your product, please contact us at 855-622-8862 for assistance. All custom materials/colors make a product non-returnable with the manufacturer.
WHAT ARE THE ORIGINAL COLORS FOR MY VEHICLE?
This information can be obtained by going to our "Fit Your Vehicle" selector on our website and entering your vehicle’s Year, Make, and Model. Then select the product you are looking for. After selecting your product, you will be shown a list of original materials and colors.
DO YOU PROVIDE FREE CARPET SAMPLES?
Yes, we do. You may call us at 855-622-8862 or email us at orders@ocautocarpets.com to request up to 4 samples to be mailed to you for free. These samples will be mailed to you directly from our manufacturer in California. However, we also offer a much quicker option. We offer a text to smartphone option where you can view high-resolution photos of the colors you are interested in on your cell phone. The high-resolution photos come over much truer to life than the digital images display online. You may email or call in this request as well.

IS YOUR CARPET WATERPROOF AND FIREPROOF?
Our carpet is not intended to be used outdoors or on boats, planes, etc. It is intended for interior automotive use only. All of our materials go through rigorous testing. All meet or exceed Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards for flammability retardation. Our carpet is meant to be a replacement for the original automotive carpet that came from the OEM. Using it for any other purpose is not recommended.

Unfortunately, if your vehicle is not listed, we do not have any products available for your vehicle.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Flooring Products (ACC) -All of our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. (Normal wear from use and those damaged in shipping are excluded). The manufacturer is responsible for the product only and not the installation.
NOTE: PLEASE INSPECT EACH CARPET SET PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. CARPET SETS CANNOT BE RETURNED AFTER BEING CUT, TRIMMED, GLUED, OR ALTERED IN ANY MANNER.
